Do you ever wonder… what is stress eating? It’s a bad habit many of us have become accustomed to, where we eat bad foods, and we overeat them when we feel stressed. It might make us feel more comfortable temporarily and more in control of our life, but we are only hurting ourselves. In this episode are some things to know about stress eating.
